After spending 30 minutes boosting my heart rate and building my muscles on my marvellous new Wii Fit, I raided the refrigerator wherein I found a jar of roasted red pepper hummus and a bag of baby carrots. I initially intended to eat the recommended servings of both tasty treats - two tablespoons of hummus and five carrots - but then I though, "Hell, I just worked out, why not indulge a little?" So I ate two tablespoons of hummus and ten carrots instead.
How glorious to be back on the wagon after spending a prolonged period face-down in cookie crumbs and cheese dip!
