An active nightlife

You may remember that a few weeks ago I woke up with a very sprained finger of unspecified origin. So sprained, was this finger, that I refused to move it for three days. This morning I woke up with a sore right arm. It's more tender than sore, really, and I didn't do any heavy lifting yesterday so I don't know what's caused this either. I can only assume that I sleep life on the edge.
