Shrimp Pil-Pil is the best thing to happen to me since I started eating seafood (last month).
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (I defrosted 1lb. of frozen)
1 tsp. sweet smoked paprika
salt
1 tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high. Add the garlic and crushed red pepper and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Season the shrimp with paprika and salt and cook until opaque (or heated through if using frozen). Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley. Transfer the shrimp mixture to a bowl and serve with crusty bread. Serves 4.
