What should I do with the man who cooked dinner so I could watch Top Chef, spent an hour making black fondant for my brother's graduation cake, cleaned up the entire kitchen, and still cooed that he loved me after all of that was done? Oh, I have a pretty good idea...

sarah, this is liane, i have always wondered the following:
1. is fondant edible?
2. does it taste good or is it just pretty?
3. why would you want to use fondant when you can use tasty icing?
